No Crew Openings for 2025- Thank you for your interest!

Since 1989, Wildstone Farm has produced certified organic vegetables, making us the oldest certified organic farm in Bennington County, Vermont.  At an elevation of 1,400 feet, our 21 acre farm is a mix of silt loam prime agricultural soil and second growth forest.  We practice deep organic techniques in our intensively managed gardens.  The use of high tunnels and a root cellar allows our produce to be available year round.  We are seeking someone willing to do hard, yet rewarding work from May-late October.  X#  hours per week with Friday's required.  You don't need to have prior experience, but we hope you have a genuine interest in learning, working hard, and contributing to our local food economy.  Please share if you or anyone you know are interested!  One fun dog and two knowledgeable farmers would be happy to meet you!

-Harvest and prep produce for Markets and CSA
-Helping at Markets
-Preparing garden beds, transplanting, cultivating, weeding, watering
-Hauling things and produce where they are needed

-Being open to learning new things and making a connection to the land
-Getting dirt under your fingernails and working in a variety of weather conditions
-Being part of a team, yet able to work independently often
-Having fun!
